Ad Purchase Terms

TERMS *

-MONTHLY PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY DEADLINE

 

-Payment is required in advance from all advertisers at the time space is reserved.

 

-REQUESTED PAYMENT REPRESENTS THE MINIMUM DUE. PAYMENTS FOR MULTIPLE MONTHS WELCOME.

 

-A signed contract must accompany all advertising.

 

-Full season monthly payment discount reflected on final June invoice. Regular rate charged for first eight (8) months of contract.

 

-Invoice payments are due upon receipt.

 

-Advertisers with past due balances will be required to remit outstanding balances before a new ad can be placed.

 

-The CVE Reporter, Inc. may reject any advertisement for any reason.

 

-The CVE Reporter, Inc. or any of its agents are not responsible for any errors in advertising.

 

-Nor are they liable for any consequential damages or costs incurred through such errors.

 

-This contract may only be altered with written agreement by the publisher.
