MONTHLY PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY DEADLINE. Payment is required in advance from all advertisers at the time space is reserved. REQUESTED PAYMENT REPRESENTS THE MINIMUM DUE. PAYMENTS FOR MULTIPLE MONTHS WELCOME. Invoice payments are due upon receipt. Advertisers with past due balances will be required to remit outstanding balances before a new ad can be placed. A signed contract must accompany all advertising. I acknowledge the cancellation of any ad will result in a cancellaton fee equal to fifty (50) percent of the cost of the ad.

The CVE Reporter, Inc. may reject any advertisement for any reason. The CVE Reporter, Inc. or any of its agents are not responsible for any errors in advertising nor are they liable for any consequential damages or costs incurred through such errors.

I certify that I am empowered to execute this agreement. I understand that my signature on this written agreement has the same legal effect as an oath or affirmation. Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the foregoing agreement and agree to its terms. I understand that an electronic signature shall have the same force and effect as a written signature.
