One of CenClub’s more significant capital projects has been completed. According to CenClub, the roadway leading to the back of the Clubhouse is now open for vehicle traffic.
A speed-table crosswalk has been installed near the new pickleball courts to offer a safer passage to these additional facilities.
The speed-table crosswalk is still under construction and will be opened to pedestrians as soon as it is completed.
This is just one of many significant capital improvement projects undertaken by CenClub since taking over ownership of various buildings and facilities several years ago. Among them was the complete replacement of windows on the Clubhouse, addressing years of leak problems.
Residents are now able to park in the back parking areas behind the Clubhouse.
