Despite a brisk 38-degree temperature at 9 a.m. on February 2, members of the CVE Volleyball Team showed up ready to play. The cold snap did little to deter the dedicated group, who took to the sand courts and competed in several spirited games.
While some players opted for shorts in defiance of the chilly weather, others bundled up to stay warm. Regardless of attire, everyone shared the same enthusiasm and competitive spirit, proving that a little cold weather is no match for team camaraderie.

Though temperatures were unusually low for South Florida, the team agreed that the fun and fellowship made it well worth braving the cold.
