CVE Master Management has announced plans to conduct a community-wide survey aimed at gathering resident feedback on the village’s bus service, with the goal of improving efficiency and better aligning routes with actual usage.
The survey, expected to be released sometime in April, will ask residents to share their experiences with the bus system, including the quality of service as well as how frequently they use it. More importantly, residents will be asked to identify which routes they regularly take, which routes they do not use, and how often they rely on the buses for transportation.
Village officials say the effort is designed to collect meaningful data that can help guide future decisions about scheduling and routing. By understanding usage patterns and rider demand, CVE Master Management hopes to make adjustments that improve service while avoiding unnecessary costs.
Officials noted that running buses on routes with little or no ridership can lead to wasted resources. The survey is intended to provide a clearer picture of how the system is being used so that service can be tailored more effectively to residents’ needs.
Residents are encouraged to participate once the survey is released, as the feedback will play a key role in shaping the future of transportation services within the community.
