CIAC Committee Upholds Community Standards for a Stronger CVE

The Community Improvement and Accreditation Committee (CIAC) continues its mission to ensure that associations within Century Village East operate with transparency, financial stability, and adherence to governing regulations. As a joint initiative of CVE Master Management, CenClub, and COOCVE, the committee has established Community Standards aimed at strengthening associations and maintaining the integrity of the community.

The CIAC program promotes compliance with state and federal laws, encourages responsible financial management, and fosters a well-maintained, attractive community for both current owners and potential buyers. Through a rigorous review process, the committee has accredited eight associations that have demonstrated a commitment to operating excellence: Berkshire C, Grantham A, Harwood C, Keswick B, Lyndhurst H, Markham H, Oakridge F, and Oakridge U.
