CIAC congratulates Markham H and Berkshire C
The Community Improvement and Accreditation Committee wishes to extend congratulations to the boards and residents of Markham H and Berkshire C. These two associations were recently accredited by CIAC. Accreditation recognizes that an association meets our CVE community standards, and operates in compliance with state statutes and good business practices.
Markham H and Berkshire C join other associations who have also successfully qualified for CIAC accreditation, and have earned community recognition for their excellence. They include Grantham A, Lyndhurst H, and Oakridge F.
After the filing of an application by a building association, the CIAC Committee reviews the association’s financial documents and governance procedures to verify both fiscal responsibility and compliance with statutory requirements. When the community standards are met, an accreditation certificate is issued.
CIAC accreditation is voluntary and free. We invite all CVE residents to encourage their Association’s board to apply for CIAC Accreditation. For more information, visit cve-ciac.org.
