Deerfield Beach residents and property owners have just a few weeks left to take advantage of the City’s 2025 Code Amnesty Program, which officially ends on September 3. The initiative, designed to help individuals resolve outstanding code violations through a simplified process and potentially reduced fines, has been described by city officials as a chance for a “New Day for Compliance.”
The program offers eligible participants the opportunity to clear their records, avoid escalating penalties, and return to good standing with the City’s Code Compliance Division. Those interested are encouraged to act quickly, as the deadline is fast approaching.
