Know Where to Find Emergency Help at the Pool

Residents are reminded that emergency call boxes are located at each of the community pools for your safety and peace of mind. At most pools, you will find the call boxes mounted between the restroom doors facing the pool deck, in a clearly visible and easily accessible location. At the Tilford pool the box is located near the water fountain.

In the event of an emergency, simply press the button on the call box to be immediately connected with assistance. There is no need to dial a number or explain your location. Each call box is GPS-enabled, which means that when you push the button, the dispatcher automatically knows exactly where you are calling from and can direct help to the precise pool location without delay.
