September is shaping up to be a big month for CenClub

The business of CenClub is a year-round endeavor. While recognizing that owners offsite during the summer may be traveling to more exotic destinations, or spending valuable time with family, or catching up on personal health maintenance, the elected, voluntary CenClub Board of Directors redirects its efforts from monthly public meetings to execute budgeted and approved projects to maintain and improve the quality lifestyle attributes of our community.

As reported in the August CVE Reporter, the Clubhouse pool tiki hut is expected to be available for resident enjoyment on September 2, 2025. Returning seasonal folks will be impressed with the amazing layout and size of our Clubhouse pool.

The half-court basketball facility is a construction in progress, with asphalt grounds ready to be poured. The expected completion date for late September will be announced soon.

Theater show booklets for its upcoming 2025-2026 season will be distributable and posted on the CenClub website on September 9, 2025, which also is the day of the public CenClub meeting at which its 2025-2026 operating and capital budgets for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025,will be revealed. Also, the launch date for theater ticket sales will be announced at that meeting.

Finally, scaffolding is being installed in the theater to prepare for a major painting project to maintain the beauty of the auditorium. Movies in September and October will be shown in the Party Room until this effort is completed in the theater.
