Chabad of Deerfield Beach will host its next Women’s Circle event on Wednesday, March 11, at 7:30 p.m., featuring a workshop on Meditation and Stress Management led by Rochel Faust, MSW. A clinician specializing in techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, Faust will guide participants through practical methods designed to promote calm and emotional well-being.
The March program follows February’s Women’s Circle gathering, which focused on staying positive through acts of kindness and maintaining wellness in everyday life. Rebbetzin Leah Goldblatt interviewed Century Village resident Marla Turk, who shared how a simple request to send challahs to a military chaplain grew into an international volunteer effort supporting chaplains around the world. Her message emphasized embracing opportunities to perform mitzvahs and not being afraid to ask for help.
Holistic health and wellness coach Shirra Haddad Averbuch also addressed the group, highlighting the importance of protein, strength training, and balanced nutrition for women in their senior years.
The Women’s Circle series continues to provide encouragement, inspiration, and practical tools for living a healthier, more positive life.
