The CVE Nature Club is kicking off its new season with two exciting events to close out the year. The first meeting takes place on Wednesday, December 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Room GPF on the second floor of the clubhouse. The Republican Club of Century Village East held its annual membership drive on Monday, September 15, at the shuffleboard courts, drawing 85 residents for an evening of fellowship, food, and local politics. The event featured a free barbecue and raffle, and organizers reported 10 new members joining the club. The CVE Choraleers are welcoming new members as they begin their 52nd season under new leadership and music direction. Rehearsals start December 9 and will be held Tuesdays from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse Music Room through early March. The first meeting of the CVE Italian American Club, held Monday, October 13, 2025, drew an impressive crowd of about 90 members, both new and returning. Vice President Patty Manzo led the meeting in the absence of President Joe Poma, who is expected to return in November. The MUSICve Club is getting ready for its third fabulous season of bringing free music to Century Village East Clubhouse Gazebo on most Tuesday nights during the season. (During inclement weather the venue will be performed at Le Club.)
