The CVE Italian American Club is gearing up for its next meeting, scheduled for Monday, December 8, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. in Room GP-A—the room the club will continue using for all meetings going forward. Event sign-ups will resume at the December gathering, and members are reminded that they must be in good standing and bring their membership cards in order toregister for any outings.

The club is already reporting strong interest in its upcoming events. Both the Gulfstream trip and the Mai-Kai outing have sold out, each with growing waiting lists. Organizers say a second bus may be added for either event if enough additional names are collected. Sign-ups for the Carnival Dinner Dance remain brisk as well, with 63 members already registered, putting the club well on its way toward its goal of 100 attendees.

At the club’s November 10 meeting, 78 members were in attendance. Vice President Patty Manzo conducted the session in the absence of President Joe Poma, who is expected to return in December. The club’s 50/50 raffle brought in $285, with Dorothy Miceli winning $140, while Joseph Quartarone took home the door prize.

Looking ahead, the January meeting will feature a guest speaker from the Northeast Focal Point Senior Center, arranged by board member and club member Linda Doyle.

Club leaders thanked members for a successful November gathering and look forward to welcoming everyone again in December.
