Deerfield Progressive Forum: New Season, New Beginnings

We are a club for curious individuals who love to listen to guest experts speak on various topics of current interest.

Forty-seven years ago, CVE residents who moved from the north to Florida for the winter would gather on Saturday mornings to hear interesting speakers. Although times have changed since CVE opened its gates, this cherished tradition continues.

Now, after more than forty-seven years as an active club at CVE, the Deerfield Progressive Forum is introducing exciting programming changes for 2025. Since the “Year of COVID,” attendance at our Saturday morning meetings has declined. WE MISS YOU and warmly invite you to check us out!

Saturday morning meetings will now open at 9:30 AM with a complimentary breakfast of home-baked pastries and hot coffee. Come enjoy breakfast with us and stay to hear our expert guest speakers. This season, we will feature six speakers on fascinating topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Post-Election Analysis, and The Separation of Church & State.

Some speakers will present in person, while others will join via Zoom. You, our guests, will gather in person at Le Club.
