The Club Souls Connection will hold its February meeting on Friday, February 13, at 11:00 a.m. in the Clubhouse, Room GP-G, with a discussion focused on the power of the mind and how our beliefs shape our experiences.
The meeting will explore themes presented in the book Hypnotizing Maria by Richard Bach. The book examines the idea that the mind is a powerful force, suggesting that what we believe can influence how we feel, what we experience, and even how our bodies respond.
Through the story of Maria, Bach presents the concept that healing and personal change do not always come from external treatments, but can also come from changing how we see ourselves and the world around us. The discussion will invite participants to reflect on the connection between mindset, perception, and well-being.
