The Canadian Club of CVE recently hosted its annual Mah Jongg and Card Games Luncheon, drawing more than 100 enthusiastic attendees for an afternoon filled with food, laughter, and lighthearted competition. While the majority of participants were women, a few men joined in the fun, adding to the welcoming and spirited atmosphere.

The event was a clear success, with Mah Jongg taking center stage among a variety of card games that kept tables buzzing with energy. Guests enjoyed a catered luncheon that offered the perfect setting to relax, share stories, and connect with fellow club members over delicious food and shared interests.

This luncheon has grown into one of the Canadian Club’s most eagerly awaited events, and this year’s gathering certainly lived up to expectations. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the organizing committee, led by Rona Blostin, everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

With planning already underway for next year’s luncheon, members can look forward to even more fun, connection, and community spirit at what has become a beloved tradition within the Club.
